Content Removal Request

Your Right to Removal: Any person depicted in any video, image, or other content on Slaybox has the right to request removal of that content, regardless of who uploaded it or who owns the copyright. We take these requests seriously and process them promptly.

1.Who Can Submit a Removal Request

This process is available to:

Any individual who appears or is depicted in content on Slaybox
Legal representatives acting on behalf of a depicted person
Parents or legal guardians of depicted individuals
Law enforcement or authorized government agencies

2.How to Submit a Removal Request

Send your content removal request to: compliance@spinbox.app

Required Information

Your request must include:

Your full legal name and contact information (email address, phone number)
Identification of the content you want removed:
- Direct URL(s) to the content
- Screenshots showing the content
- Creator username or profile link
- Any other details that help us locate the content
Proof of identity showing you are the person depicted:
- Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, national ID)
- A clear photo of yourself for comparison (if needed)
A signed statement confirming:
- You are the person depicted in the content (or their authorized representative)
- You withdraw consent for this content to be displayed, OR consent was never given

Privacy: Your identity documents are used solely for verification purposes and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. They are not shared with the content uploader.

3.Our Response Process

Acknowledgment (within 24 hours): We will confirm receipt of your request and provide a reference number
Verification (1-3 business days): We will verify your identity and confirm you are the person depicted in the content
Review: Our compliance team will review the content and your request
Action (within 48 hours of verification): If verified, the content will be removed from the platform
Notification: You will receive written confirmation when the content has been removed

Urgent Cases: If you believe you are in immediate danger or the content involves illegal activity, please indicate "URGENT" in your email subject line. We prioritize these cases and may expedite the process.

4.Appeal Process

If your removal request is denied, you have the right to appeal.

How to Appeal

Send your appeal to: compliance@spinbox.app

Include:

Your original request reference number
Additional evidence or documentation supporting your claim
Explanation of why you believe the decision should be reconsidered

Appeal Review

Appeals are reviewed by senior compliance staff
You will receive a final decision within 5 business days
The appeal decision is final

5.Creator Notification

When content is removed following a verified request, we may notify the creator that their content was removed due to a depicted person's request. However:

Your identity and contact information are never shared with the creator
The creator is not provided with your removal request or supporting documents
Creators who repeatedly upload content without proper consent may face account suspension

6.False or Fraudulent Requests

Warning: Submitting fraudulent removal requests, impersonating depicted persons, or providing false information is strictly prohibited and may result in:

Rejection of your request
Permanent ban from submitting future requests
Legal action for fraud or perjury
Reporting to law enforcement if appropriate

7.Other Reporting Options
